All the talented craftswomen on the Thread of Hope Farm have undergone the relevant training which provides them the skills from which to earn their income as hand-lacers. Beyond that basic skill, Tsonga currently has training modules in place in the fields of embroidery and screen-printing, which, while specific to the manufacture of Tsonga products, are superb foundations for any occupations within their fields. Other training opportunities available to certain Tsonga employees identified as motivated and adept, include basic computer literacy and fundamental business skills such as stock control and retail management.
